Program objective
- Able to acquire the cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills deemed essential for completion of this program and to perform as a competent physiotherapist who will be able to examine, evaluate, diagnose, plan, execute and document Physiotherapy treatment independently or along with the multidisciplinary team.
- Evaluate patients for impairments and functional limitations and able to execute all routine physiotherapeutic procedures as per the evaluation.
- Able to operate and maintain Physiotherapy equipment used in treatment of patient, Physiotherapy treatment planning (both electrotherapy and exercise therapy) & procedures independently.

Admission procedure
ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:
- Candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination
with Physics, Chemistry & Biology with 50% aggregate marks and English as a
passing subject. - For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST),
or Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer), the minimum aggregate marks
obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together in the qualifying
examination shall be 40% instead of 50% prescribed for Unreserved and
General-EWS candidates. - For Persons with Disabilities (PwD), the minimum aggregate marks in Physics,
Chemistry, and Biology taken together shall be 40% instead of 50%. English
is compulsory for all categories. - The candidate must have appeared in the National Eligibility cum Entrance
Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the academic
year of admission. There shall be no minimum qualifying marks or cut-off
percentile required for application. - Admission shall be granted on the basis of NEET merit/marks of the academic
year of admission. No cut-off marks or percentile shall be applicable for
application. - Disability / Physical Fitness criteria shall be applicable as per the
curriculum guidelines.
PROCESS OF ADMISSION TO THE PROGRAM:
- Admission granted by the Central Admission Committee appointed by the State
Government shall be provisional until enrolment/registration/enlistment is
completed with Dr. Subhash University. In cases where admission is granted
based on a provisional eligibility certificate, the conditions and
instructions issued by Dr. Subhash University must be complied with within
the stipulated time, failing which the term shall not be granted. - Candidates must submit the following documents along with their application:
- SSC Mark Sheet
- HSC Mark Sheet
- NEET Mark Sheet
- Leaving Certificate
- Four Passport Size Photographs
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhar Card (Xerox Copy)
- Any other documents as prescribed by the Admission Committee from time to time.
- In case of any dispute or query, the decision of the Admission Committee shall
be final and binding.
