Course objective
- Equip students with a comprehensive understanding of labor laws, policies, and regulations governing the workplace.
- Develop students’ skills in analyzing and addressing contemporary labor issues and challenges, including those related to employment relations, workplace diversity, and labor rights.
- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to effectively navigate complex labor situations and advocate for fair and equitable labor practices.
