Dr. Subhash University has announced a Janmashtami vacation from August 11th to August 17th, 2025. The circular, dated August 2nd, 2025, notes that the Admission Cell will remain operational during this time due to the ongoing admission process. Collective accounts and administrative staff may be required to work as needed, and all staff must be present on August 15th, 2025, as per a separate circular from the Registrar's office.

Dr. Subhash University is conducting admissions for vacant seats in its Diploma Engineering programs. The counseling schedule for form issuance and receiving is from August 4th to August 6th, 2025. The merit list will be declared on August 7th, 2025, with admission confirmation on August 8th, 2025. There are a total of 444 vacant seats available across four disciplines: Civil Engineering (62 seats), Computer Engineering (259 seats), Electrical Engineering (61 seats), and Mechanical Engineering (62 seats).

All students of 1st and 3rd Semester (Lateral Entry) are requested to complete the payment of Tuition, Hostel, and Transport fees for the academic year 2025–26 through the ERP portal only.

All Ph.D. (Xth Semester) scholars are requested to complete their tuition fee payment for the academic year 2025–26 through the ERP portal only. Kindly ensure timely payment to avoid any inconvenience.

Dr. Subhash University is conducting admissions for vacant quotas for the Second Year Diploma Engineering (C2D) program. The counseling schedule for form issuance and receipt was from July 15th to July 29th, 2025. There are a total of 120 vacant seats, with 28 in Civil Engineering, 19 in Computer Engineering, 45 in Electrical Engineering, and 28 in Mechanical Engineering.
