Participant Identification Code (PIC) for European Union Funding
Dr. Subhash University has been assigned a unique Participant Identification Code (PIC) for the European Union Funding and Tenders Portal. This code is necessary for all official activities, and faculty members who plan to apply for funding or submit proposals must use it. Faculty can obtain the PIC details from the Office of External Affairs
Pujya Pethaljibhai Chavda (Bapuji) Janmjayanti Celebration
Dr. Subhash University has issued an updated circular regarding the celebration of Pujya Pethaljibhai Chavda (Bapuji) Janmjayanti. The event, originally planned for September 15, 2025, has been extended to a three-day celebration from September 15th to 17th, 2025. The celebration's theme is "Svavlambi Bharat, Samruddh Bharat". All other details and instructions from the previous circular (No. 83) remain the same and must be followed by all faculty, staff, and students.

National Sports Day Celebrations
Dr. Subhash University is hosting an indoor sports competition on August 29, 2025, to celebrate National Sports Day. The events are for first-year students and include Badminton, Table Tennis, and Chess.
Students interested in participating can register their names from August 25 to August 27, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM at venue C-106. The contact person for registration is Mr. Vasant Madhudiya, the Physical Education Teacher. Each student is allowed to participate in only one game.
